Ryqix is delivered as digital software access. No physical product, cargo, courier, or shipment is provided. Access may begin after checkout through the user email, account session, access key, or another entitlement method shown in the service flow.
Users can send cancellation, withdrawal, or refund requests through support@ryqix.com or the visible support/billing route. Where applicable under consumer law, distance contracts may include a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital software access, requests are reviewed according to the plan, payment status, access status, explicit user confirmation at checkout, whether service performance has started, applicable consumer rights, and the information shown before payment.
Where a refund is legally required or approved, the refund process is handled through the relevant payment provider and banking rails. If a valid withdrawal/refund right applies, statutory refund timing is taken into account; processing time may also vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, and applicable law.
