This page explains how Ryqix describes paid access, renewal logic, cancellation handling, tax-sensitive checkout behavior, and refund expectations.
Ryqix may offer a single premium subscription plan or other paid-access packaging over time. The plan, billing frequency, currency, taxes, and final amount shown at checkout govern the transaction presented to the user at the moment of purchase.
Ryqix may update pricing, packaging, displayed currency, taxes, promotional structure, or checkout wording from time to time. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the legally relevant commercial terms for a given purchase are the ones displayed to the user during that checkout flow.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, paid access may renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancellation is intended to stop future renewals. It does not automatically erase access already granted for the current paid period unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
Taxes, invoicing treatment, withholding, reporting obligations, and final charged amounts may vary depending on jurisdiction, billing processor setup, company structure, and applicable law. Where taxes must be added, withheld, collected, reported, or invoiced, Ryqix and its processors may reflect that at checkout or in post-transaction records as required.
Applicable consumer laws may in some cases provide a 14-day withdrawal or cancellation framework. However, Ryqix is a digital service that may begin electronic performance immediately after payment. Where law treats such services as instant digital performance or as services started with the consumer’s request or consent before the withdrawal period ends, withdrawal or refund rights may be limited or unavailable. Ryqix will honor mandatory rights where they apply.
Ryqix may rely on third-party billing and payment processors. Ryqix may receive limited billing metadata, including invoice state, subscription state, payment references, and processor status signals needed to grant, manage, support, secure, or account for access.
